Simon & Pippa

We are a reliable, clean and quiet couple. Pippa is totally mad about animals and loves having the chance to look after and hang out with furry friends. Simon was originally a cat owner for several years but has now been converted to Pippa's way of thinking and is now on the same page as her when it comes to dogs.

We've house (and pet) sat several times before for close friends and more distant connections and have done it a couple of times through housesitting.co.uk. We look after our own homes with care and do the same for the places that we stay in. It's a real gift to be invited into someone's home and we like to honour that.

We love spending time in nature, reading and exploring new areas. We recently moved to Warwickshire and love getting out to the countryside. Finding a new country house or stumbling on an idyllic tranquil place off the beaten path is something that we both enjoy.

As we're currently unable to own a dog due to work and other practical reasons, it's also a real treat for us to get to spend time with animals. While at home we get our fix through friends and borrow my doggy. But there is nothing quite like going for walks or sitting on a sofa and having a furry friend come and spend the afternoon with you.
